Creand Family Office exceeds 400 million euros in Catalonia

Creand Family Office, the unit specialising in comprehensive advice for high-net-worth individuals and business families, increased its assets under management in Catalonia by 26% during the first nine months of the year, reaching 416 million euros, compared with 331 million euros at the end of 2025.

With extensive expertise in the family office field, the unit offers advisory services to business families, both those with active businesses and those that have completed the sales of their companies. Its services cover the management of financial, real estate and business assets, as well as wealth planning and family governance.

Ignacio Viayna, Director for Catalonia and the Balearic Islands at Creand Wealth Management, explained that “our growth in Catalonia is underpinned by an approach to advice that starts with understanding each family: their wealth as a whole, their priorities and what they want to build and preserve in the future. Once we have that understanding, we provide investment solutions. This combination of a global vision, closeness and continuity in the relationship allows us to offer a highly personal service and to stand out from larger institutions. A major part of our growth comes from recommendations by the families themselves.”

Alongside this activity, Creand Wealth Management continues to develop its private banking, portfolio management and investment solutions services in Catalonia for family groups and independent financial advisers, through a personalised service model with a dedicated main point of contact for each client.

Creand Wealth Management has a team of around 20 professionals in Catalonia, specialising in the various areas of wealth advisory and management.

Across Spain as a whole, Creand Wealth Management’s business volume stood at 7.661 billion euros at the end of September 2026, an increase of 860 million euros compared with the end of 2025.
