In 2022, the Talents at Creand programme was created with the aim of helping top Andorran athletes achieve their sports goals at the highest level.
Victòria Jiménez
This young tennis player has an Australian Open junior title (2020) and a European U18 championship title (2022) to her name. In recent years, she has played in the main Grand Slam events, in some cases reaching the semi-finals. She is currently among the top 160 in the world. Vicky’s young age makes her a talent with a great future ahead of her.
Joan Verdú
The big name in Andorran alpine skiing and an example for the whole community. His breakthrough came in the 2021/22 season when he made history in Andorran skiing. Among other achievements, he came 9th in the Beijing Olympics giant slalom event, 17th in the World Cup in Kranjska Gora (Slovenia)—the first time an Andorran competitor in the men’s category qualified for the second round, and he won the European Cup with four victories in the giant slalom.

Mònica Dòria
11th in canoeing and 16th in kayaking at the Tokyo Olympics and with a remarkable medal progression in European and World championships, she has the potential to become one of the big names in these sports. The Extreme Canoe Slalom discipline, started in 2022, is becoming her forte and she has already won two medals mid-season 2022.
