The entity exceeded the targets set out in its 2024-2026 strategic plan a year ahead of schedule, driven exclusively by organic growth and the strengthening of its private banking model. These results enabled the entity to comfortably exceed, one year ahead of schedule, the targets set out in its 2024-2026 strategic plan, which envisaged reaching a business volume of EUR 6 billion by year-end 2026. The entity also continues to maintain a very strong solvency position, with a solvency ratio of 26.36%. The strong growth recorded throughout 2025, achieved entirely organically, reinforces the strength of the entity’s private banking, wealth management and family office model, based on highly specialised advisory services and the ability to expand its range of products and services in a tailored manner, generating sustained value over time. Growth at Creand Wealth Management was widespread across all its offices. Madrid recorded growth of 25% in 2025, while Valencia grew by 15%. Catalonia consolidated its strong business performance, and the two recently opened offices in Málaga and La Seu d’Urgell (Lleida) closed the financial year ahead of business plan targets. In terms of the workforce, Creand Wealth Management continued to recruit new employees to meet clients’ needs and support its commitment to continuous improvement. As a result, the firm ended 2025 with a total of 142 employees. Consolidation of Creand Asset Management This organic growth was complemented by the strong performance of Creand Asset Management, which continues to expand its product offering in line with its comprehensive advisory strategy in alternative investments. This has enabled the firm to reposition its value proposition and close the 2025 financial year with EUR 3.404 billion in assets under management, representing an increase of 47% compared with year-end 2024. Marcos Ojeda, CEO of Creand Wealth Management, stated that “having exceeded the targets set out in our strategic plan so far ahead of schedule reflects the strength of our private banking and wealth management model, as well as our clear commitment to long-term growth. This progress is the result of the dedication and excellence of our professionals, the increasingly strong positioning of the Creand brand within the private banking sector, and our ability to anticipate our clients’ needs by offering them a personalised and comprehensive service, together with high-value solutions in an ever-evolving environment.” Creand Wealth Management is the commercial brand of Banco Alcalá, S.A.
