Creand Crèdit Andorrà named Best Digital Bank in Andorra 2026 by Global Banking & Finance Review

Creand Crèdit Andorrà has been named Best Digital Bank in Andorra 2026 by the international financial publication Global Banking & Finance Review. According to the awards organisers, the distinction recognises the bank’s continuous innovation, its client-centric digital strategy and its commitment to delivering secure, intuitive and forward-thinking banking solutions.

The award also highlights the bank’s investment in digital transformation, including the expansion of its online and mobile banking platforms, the strengthening of its cybersecurity infrastructure and the delivery of an intuitive client experience.

Creand continues to strengthen its digital banking capabilities to deliver added value and differentiation in its services, both in terms of usability and security. In this regard, the bank is advancing the digital tools available to users to foster interaction between the client and the institution, as well as enabling clients to carry out a growing range of operations independently. In this context, the award also highlights that “Creand’s digital strategy focuses on combining technological innovation with personalised advisory services. By integrating advanced analytics, a secure cloud-based infrastructure and intuitive design, the bank has improved accessibility while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and data protection”.

Currently, 63% of Creand Crèdit Andorrà’s clients are digital, and more than 90% of online banking transactions in the retail segment are carried out via mobile devices.

Sandra Sancho, Head of Online Banking and New Channels at Creand Crèdit Andorrà, highlighted that “digitalisation is one of the bank’s main strategic pillars, and we pursue it with particular focus on security and the client experience, through a multichannel approach. Our priority is the continuous enhancement of functionalities within our online banking platform and the strengthening of new remote channels”.
