La inversi\u00f3n m\u00ednima general ser\u00e1 de 100.000 euros, si bien determinados inversores podr\u00e1n acceder al fondo desde 50.000 euros cuando reciban asesoramiento financiero personalizado y cumplan las condiciones previstas por la normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luis Buceta, director general de Negocio e Inversiones de Creand Asset Management, se\u00f1ala que \u00abcon este lanzamiento ampliamos nuestra oferta de inversi\u00f3n alternativa con un producto muy especializado y de valor diferencial, y acercamos a los inversores una nueva oportunidad dentro del mercado estadounidense. Lo hacemos de la mano de un equipo con una amplia experiencia y capacidad de acceso a un segmento en el que la selecci\u00f3n de los gestores resulta especialmente relevante\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Una estrategia centrada en gestores emergentes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blue Opal Capital American Technology VC invertir\u00e1 principalmente en una cartera cuidadosamente seleccionada compuesta por entre 8 y 10 fondos de <em>venture capital<\/em> gestionados por firmas emergentes estadounidenses, especializadas en compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas de reciente creaci\u00f3n o en fases iniciales de desarrollo, con un enfoque multisectorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estrategia se completar\u00e1 con la adquisici\u00f3n de participaciones minoritarias en entre 3 y 4 sociedades gestoras (<em>GP stakes<\/em>). Este tipo de inversiones permite complementar la exposici\u00f3n a las compa\u00f1\u00edas participadas por los fondos con la participaci\u00f3n en el crecimiento de las propias gestoras, alineando los intereses a largo plazo y diversificando las fuentes de creaci\u00f3n de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fondo tratar\u00e1 de replicar la estrategia de BOC Ventures Fund III y dar\u00e1 continuidad al programa desarrollado por Blue Opal Capital para identificar y respaldar gestores de <em>venture capital<\/em> desde las primeras etapas de su desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundada en 2019, Blue Opal Capital cuenta con oficinas en Nueva York, Miami y Abu Dabi y gestiona aproximadamente 540 millones de d\u00f3lares en activos. Sus socios fundadores trabajaron conjuntamente en Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) y, desde 2005, el equipo ha comprometido alrededor de 2.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en fondos de capital riesgo.
