Es un hito extraordinario que realza y da visibilidad a la dedicaci\u00f3n, al conocimiento y al compromiso de millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p>En un entorno empresarial cada vez m\u00e1s orientado a la sostenibilidad y al impacto social, el voluntariado corporativo ha pasado a convertirse en un elemento estrat\u00e9gico para muchas compa\u00f1\u00edas. Y lo es a\u00fan m\u00e1s cuando el programa que promueve est\u00e1 alineado con la cultura y los valores de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Hace poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o particip\u00e9 en mi primera acci\u00f3n de voluntariado corporativo. El objetivo era limpiar caminos y \u00e1reas recreativas de una estaci\u00f3n de esqu\u00ed, clasificando los desechos para su posterior reciclaje. Lo llevamos a cabo en un ambiente participativo, distendido y l\u00fadico, pero tambi\u00e9n con un punto competitivo, ya que todo el mundo se esforz\u00f3 al m\u00e1ximo para alcanzar la cifra m\u00e1s alta posible de kilos de basura recogida por persona. Participamos en esta acci\u00f3n un equipo multidisciplinar compuesto por personas del equipo interno de diferentes empresas <em>(Creand, Caldea y SETAP365), <\/em>mediante el <strong>programa de voluntariado corporativo Connectand<\/strong>. Las sensaciones que me produjo esta experiencia fueron muy positivas, aunque creo que en ese momento no era consciente de todas las ventajas que este tipo de iniciativas aportan tanto al propio participante como a la empresa que decide ponerlas en pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, las personas voluntarias, adem\u00e1s de recibir la satisfacci\u00f3n personal de contribuir a la sociedad, tienen la oportunidad de desarrollar una serie de competencias clave hoy en d\u00eda en cualquier entorno profesional: comunicaci\u00f3n, empat\u00eda, creatividad, trabajo en equipo, proactividad o adaptaci\u00f3n a situaciones y entornos diversos son un buen ejemplo de ello. Diferentes estudios apuntan tambi\u00e9n que los colaboradores y colaboradoras que se suman a este tipo de iniciativas desarrollan un mayor bienestar emocional, que viene acompa\u00f1ado a menudo de una reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s. Adem\u00e1s, estas experiencias generan conexi\u00f3n f\u00edsica real, nos alejan del aislamiento social y el contacto puramente digital, tan presente en el mundo actual. Cuando se trata de un programa de voluntariado en equipo, ampliamos nuestra red de contactos profesionales, pero tambi\u00e9n rompemos <span class=\"quote-mark\">\u201c<\/span>barreras<span class=\"quote-mark\">\u201d<\/span> departamentales o jer\u00e1rquicas. El hecho de asumir el mismo rol o una relaci\u00f3n de iguales favorece la integraci\u00f3n de equipos de trabajo y ayuda a incrementar futuras sinergias con los compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras.<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, para las empresas, las personas voluntarias conectan el prop\u00f3sito de la organizaci\u00f3n con acciones concretas, incrementando as\u00ed su sentimiento de pertenencia a la empresa. Con los programas de voluntariado, ya sean de tipo social, educativo o medioambiental, fortalecen su v\u00ednculo con la sociedad, mejoran el clima laboral y potencian su v\u00ednculo <em>employer branding<\/em> a la hora de incorporar a nuevos profesionales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El voluntariado pasa a ser, por tanto, una herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n organizativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con todo esto en la mochila, en pocos meses, Connectand cumplir\u00e1 su primer a\u00f1o de vida. Haciendo balance de los programas realizados durante este per\u00edodo, vemos que gran parte del \u00e9xito se debe a poner a las personas en el centro, generando una motivaci\u00f3n compartida, una identidad organizativa que ha convertido una propuesta aislada en una forma de vivir y ver a la empresa de forma diferente.
