The financial publications <em>Professional Wealth Management<\/em> (PWM) and <em>The Banker<\/em> present these annual awards in recognition of commitment and achievement in innovation, client service and leadership in the private banking sector. The bank has received this distinction eight times since the award was first granted to an Andorran bank in 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yuri Bender, Editor-in-Chief of PWM and Chair of the judging panel, highlighted the bank\u2019s efforts to address clients\u2019 interests, particularly through its use of artificial intelligence. He said, \u201cFor the judging panel, the highlights of the bank\u2019s entry included analysis of socio-economic and investment interest criteria to enhance client segmentation, particularly involving the use of AI\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laia Grau, Head of Wealth Management at Creand Cr\u00e8dit Andorr\u00e0, commented that \u201cthis award is a recognition of the dedication and effort of everyone at the bank, who work tirelessly to improve the service we offer. Personalising our value proposition, together with the specialisation of our teams and our private banking and wealth management services, continues to be one of our top priorities.
