These awards are presented annually and serve as a benchmark within the international financial community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the statement from the judging panel, Creand Cr\u00e8dit Andorr\u00e0 was awarded \u201cfor its solid financial results, its capacity for innovation in both products and services, and its initiatives promoting progress in sustainability and digitalisation\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mart\u00ed Alfonso, Director of the Andorran Banking Business Division at Creand Cr\u00e8dit Andorr\u00e0, said that \u201cthis award recognises the dedication of our entire internal team, who work tirelessly each day to enhance the service we offer our customers\u2014a model based on specialisation, personalised advice and comprehensive wealth planning. These advancements allow us to adapt more effectively to customer needs, optimising personalisation in the relationship between managers and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award also reflects the bank\u2019s commitment to innovation as an internal, cross-cutting strategy that drives transformation. Externally, efforts have focused on advancing high-value projects for the business and entrepreneurial sectors, such as the Innovation Hub initiative, which connects companies and start-ups to explore new growth opportunities in their respective fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New sustainability initiatives, such as entering the national carbon credit market by installing proprietary solar power plants and issuing the first green, social and sustainable bond by an Andorran financial institution, have also been celebrated by the Financial Times Group. These initiatives include our commitment to strengthening sustainability governance by establishing a dedicated Sustainability Unit, providing the bank with the framework needed to drive our Committed Banking roadmap.
