These publications highlight the bank\u2019s growth plan based on the development of strategic alliances and corporate operations, as well as the work carried out to unify the brand internationally, with the aim of bolstering customer service.<\/p>\n<p>The Banker and PWM underline the bank\u2019s approach to forging collaboration agreements with strategic partners, one of the avenues for growth being adopted in private banking worldwide, as the panel of judges explained. They also highlight the bank\u2019s capacity to expand the range of investment products, particularly in alternative investments.<\/p>\n<p>This award highlights Cr\u00e8dit Andorr\u00e0\u2019s 2021\u20132023 Strategic Plan, focused on strengthening its leadership in Andorra and consolidating its international presence in the main markets in which it operates: Luxembourg, Spain and the United States. The most recent corporate undertakings, such as the integration of Vall Banc into Cr\u00e8dit Andorr\u00e0 and the acquisition of the family office and high net worth business of GBS Finance in Spain, enable the group to achieve outstanding growth and improve its value offering\u2014based on specialisation, digital transformation and innovation\u2014and customer service.<\/p>\n<p>The international brand unification, under the name Creand, is another action identified by The Banker and PWM as bolstering the group\u2019s leadership and synergies.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier Cornella, CEO of Cr\u00e8dit Andorr\u00e0 Group, noted that \u201cthis award represents a boost to the strategy we are implementing and, at the same time, it is a recognition of the efforts of our group\u2019s professionals, who offer the highest level of excellence in customer service\u201d. &nbsp;Cornella remarked that \u201cthe corporate operations completed in 2021 and 2022, the organic growth achieved through careful and responsible management, and strategic alliances have made us a stronger, more resilient and competitive financial group, allowing us to reinforce our current business and confront future challenges with more guarantees\u201d. He concluded by saying \u201cwe will continue working to consolidate our private banking and asset management model, based on offering transparent and global wealth advice and planning that responds to our customers\u2019 needs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, digitalisation efforts have helped the bank to strengthen its customer relationships with a more specialised and sustainable value offer, focusing on excellent user experience through complementary and synchronised remote and digital service channels.
